This lovely outdoor living space was in the planning for several years. The homeowners wanted it to be perfect…and it is!
The home had an inadequate small covered space that TCP expanded on by adding 310 SF of concrete and covered patio to match the original roof line.
The fireplace features wood holders and a reclaimed beam for the mantle. Low voltage lighting accents the large hearth that doubles as additional seating. It also provides some privacy from the backyard neighbors.
A stained shiplap privacy wall complements the EVO 30″ ceramic top griddle, while the wooden counter enhances the project’s style. A small area that also has storage for those items that are needed while grilling. Can’t have too many cooks in the kitchen … just the one grill master!
Along with the large dining table, there is a side bar. This is perfect for just a snack or to use as a buffet area for larger gatherings.
Brick that matches the home was used for the new columns, along with cedar-wrapped posts. The flooring is a stained stamped concrete. Everything comes together to create a calming space for outdoor entertaining.
