TCP added a beautiful outdoor living room to this traditional home. It was a flawless project and the end project looks like it has been there all along.

Before

The before – we had to demo a small existing patio in order to enlarge the patio space and connect it to the existing breezeway and garage.

Breezeway issues…

Unsure what to do with your breezeway? TCP has dealt with this issue many times. We remove the breezeway and integrate the space into the new covered patio with a seamless roofline and ceiling. Like with all breezeway tie-in projects, we rerouted the electrical through the attic of the new roof. Our goal is always to design and build to look original to the home.

Ceilings and Columns

This project is finished out with a coffered ceiling that is painted tongue and groove. The columns are Craftsman style wrapped in hardie and painted to match the home. The column bases are brick to match the home as well.

Easy Patio Access

Just love to have the ability to access your patio space easily? We added two French doors to provide easy access to the outdoor living room.

Time to Relax

This patio cover allows the family a nice quiet retreat right in their backyard. The flooring is a wet stamped concrete. It includes a complete wireless surround sound.

And are you ready to enjoy dinner on the patio? Maybe breakfast…the space is now perfectly set up for entertaining family and friends.
