Here is the home prior to the outdoor living space. They had a very small, covered area that was built with the home – not enough space for entertaining or relaxing.
The flooring is a stamped concrete resembling stone with a tan base and brown accents. The covered living space is about 540 SF allowing for plenty of room for both dining and living areas.
The ceiling is American Nut Brown and the columns are cedar stained to match. The columns also have stone bases to complete the hill country look.
A simple linear kitchen was built to allow for the perfect evening of grilling. It includes a grill, side burner, small sink, storage, a fridge and a wine cooler. The stone facing matches the column bases and the fire pit.
The covered area isn’t all the homeowner wanted … a fire feature is in the open air with a pergola built off the back of the home. This space allows for the party to expand out into the yard. A curved seating area was built to set off the edge of the patio.
