Extended Patio Cover

TCP extended the existing patio cover by 12 feet as well as removing a center column that disrupted the view of the lake.

Added Fireplace and Privacy Wall

A new wood burning fireplace was added and is the perfect privacy wall. The stone is from Apex Stone and complements the brick that is on the home.

Flooring and Ceiling Finishes

The flooring is a travertine tile from Distinct Stone Solutions in a light ivory Versailles pattern. The ceiling is finished out with 1X6 pre-stained tongue and groove in English Porter with a clear coat to give it some shine. The half columns have brick that match the home and the top are wrapped in hardie and painted to match the home. The patio area extends outside the roofline.

Updated the Outdoor Kitchen

TCP updated the kitchen with new granite and appliances. The granite is from Daltile and the appliances are all RCS brand from Cunningham Gas Living.

Total Backyard Makeover

The homeowner had the new space landscaped to create the perfect backyard retreat.
