This home had an existing pool that was outdated and there was no shade except for the umbrella they had to replace every year. This family desired a total refresh of the yard that included a beautiful new outdoor living space.

Ready for Patio Season
The new space is about 550SF and is completely attached to the existing roof as if it had always been there. TCP seamlessly attached the new patio cover while working with the complex roof lines.
Outdoor Kitchen
The outdoor kitchen is along the outer edge of the space allowing the chef to work their magic without being in the middle of all the action. The grill is a triple burner Le Griddle from Cunningham Living. The doors and drawers and outdoor fridge are also from Cunningham. The granite is Aspen White from Daltile.
A great view to the pool
The kitchen has a raised bar top that allows for some seating on the outside. The chef sometimes wants some company!
Vaulted Ceiling and Bromic Heaters
The vaulted ceiling is a pre-stained tongue and groove that complements the colors and style of the home. TCP installed Bromic heaters to allow for year-round comfort.
