With their home overlooking a beautiful waterfront, it creates the perfect natural backdrop for relaxation and entertainment. Complete with a fully equipped outdoor kitchen and a warm, inviting fireplace, this space is ideal for cooking, hosting, and unwinding while enjoying the view.

Before

The home had a small 275 SF patio that didn’t meet the homeowner’s space needs.

Added space

We added 352 SF to the original patio cover, creating over 600 SF of entertaining space. The hip roof features a smaller open gable, allowing natural light to flow through the high living room windows.

The outdoor kitchen

The outdoor kitchen, situated near the back door for easy access, features an L-shape design with a grill, storage, and fridge. There’s ample counter space for food prep and a raised bar top for additional seating.

The Fireplace

The fireplace is in the corner to preserve the backyard view, creating a cozy spot to warm up by the fire.

Flooring and Ceiling

The flooring boasts Versailles pattern travertine tile, while the stained tongue and groove ceiling features matching painted beams. Brick-base columns align with the home, and both the kitchen and fireplace use stone that complements the brick.
