Here is what the home looked like before we worked our magic.
The home had a narrow breezeway that was removed, and a wider one was built to add additional outdoor living space.
The garage was not being used for cars, so it was redone to be a mancave. The concrete floor was stained and reclaimed cedar was used to accent the walls. It is the perfect space to watch the big game.
The patio cover was built off the garage. The 500 SF covered area gives the homeowner plenty of space. The dining area is spacious and set up for easy access to the main entrance to the house.
The large outdoor kitchen with RCS appliances and drystack stone and granite counter allows for the cook to prepare meals while still being a part of the fun.
The patio cover has a gabled area to add height to the project. The ceiling is finished with stained tongue and groove and has stained cedar beams. The project is wired with surround sound.
This shows the expanded breezeway and entrance to the mancave in this Memorial area outdoor living space.
