This home had a small backyard with a pool and the homeowner desired a space that would allow for room to entertain and enjoy the outdoors.

The pool takes up most of the yard and the deck is outdated and not very functional for the family.

The main area of the new covered patio is about 450SF and has a vaulted roof that connects the home to the garage.
Backyard privacy
The wall behind the kitchen replaced a wooden fence giving the family privacy from their neighbors in this urban neighborhood. The wall is finished with Choctaw Tan stone from Apex Stone.
Cover the hot tub!
A pergola with a privacy wall was built over the hot tub. The pergola has a Hecules Pergola cover system on top of it.
What a Kitchen!
The 20 foot linear kitchen was built along the new privacy wall. It is fully equipped with a grill, outdoor fridge, beverage center, vent hood, a sink, and doors and drawers. All appliances are RCS brand from Cunningham Gas Products.

The space has large fans to keep the space cooler when it’s hot as well as Bromic heaters to keep the space warmer during the cooler times of the year. The ceiling is pre-stained tongue and groove by Woodtone in Smokey Bourbon. The flooring is a concrete with a spray deck finish.
