Before
The existing space just didn’t have enough coverage. There was also a pergola and flagstone patio that we removed.
Hill Country Charm
The new space includes 465 SF of covered area. The flooring is a textured and stained concrete.
A Place to Dine
This nook is perfect for outdoor dining. The sitting wall defines the space. The ceiling is American Nut Brown tongue and groove – giving the space a warm, welcoming look.
A Great Focal Point
This double sided fireplace is just perfect! The stone is Bishop Pierre and really gives the space the hill country look they home owner wanted.
And on the Outside….
Having the patio expand out into the yard, gives the homeowner room to sit out and look at the stars. With the double sided fireplace, it is the perfect place for a nice evening out.
