This home needed an outdoor space to allow them to really enjoy their backyard and pool that would provide them some much needed shade. A drainage issue was also addressed with a custom French drain system covered by black star gravel to seamlessly tie the new patio cover to the pool area.

As pictured, this home needed some shade. The backyard paradise was not complete.
Breezeway and Garage Tie In
We created a new patio cover that was attached to both the home and garage and incorporated the breezeway. The new space is 450 SF which allows plenty of room for both an outdoor dining area and a lounging area.
Custom Fireplace
This custom fireplace creates a closed off area, yet allows for views to the other side. The stone hearth also serves as a seat wall. The mantle is the same stone as the hearth.
Ceiling and Floor Finishes
The ceiling is pre-stained Woodtone tongue and groove in English Porter. For the floor we installed dark oak colored porcelain tiles.

A very livable outdoor space with plenty of room for the family to hang out.
