This home is a traditional 2-story brick with a very large backyard. The homeowner wanted to add an outdoor living space to complement the pool and allow for year round enjoyment of their backyard.

Before

This home had no shade and the family wanted to add an outdoor kitchen and lounge area.

A Wow Factor!

TCP built a space that is roughly 1300 SF and included plenty of room for the outdoor kitchen, a dining area, and a lounge area. The space has a seat wall along the back and a beautiful gabled roof.

The outdoor kitchen…

The outdoor kitchen is a U-shape that is fully loaded. A 42″ gas grill from RCS, a Green Egg Ceramic cooker, doors and drawers, a sink, a fridge and even an ice maker. The darker granite is perfect with the red brick that matches the home. The columns, kitchen and seat wall are all finished with this brick to make everything look original to the home.

The Flooring…

The flooring is stamped concrete with brick accents. This was used throughout the entire project.

The Ceiling…

The ceiling is a stained pine tongue and groove with darker stained beams to create a nice contrast. The space has a wireless surround sound system and both drop and directional lighting so the the homeowner can create the atmosphere they desire.

Additional space along the back of the home

The new covered area wraps around and includes the back of the home providing an additional covered area.
