Contemporary Outdoor Living – Royal Oaks
This Houston area home has a new pool house. A great space to come in out of the sun and enjoy a snack or a full meal. The columns are 6X6 powder coated steel posts. The corner of the room has stained cedar pickets to create a little privacy wall.
Friendswood Outdoor Living Space
This Friendswood homeowner wanted to add a large covered living area off the back of their home. It was built off to the side because of the bayed windows that existed on the home.
Patio Cover The Heights – Houston
The homeowner wanted to build an outdoor living room that blended with the neighborhood’s strict guidelines per Historic District requirements in the Historic Heights area of Houston. It had to be designed and built to look original to the home.
Patio Cover and Lounge Area Houston – Yorkshire
This homeowner wanted to update their outdoor living space, so we gave them a California coastal vibe … complete with a complementary private lounge area.
Patio Cover Built Off Garage & Outdoor Kitchen in Memorial
The limited space in this backyard dictated building the patio cover off the detached garage. The breezeway was rebuilt to provide great coverage out the back door to the outdoor living space. The project was painted to match the home, including the secondary trim color. The flooring is flagstone.
Composite Deck in Missouri City
Low-maintenance composite decking was used to extend the outdoor living space at this Lake Olympia home. The deck provides great views and access to the water.
North Houston Pool Cabana
A beautiful pool became even more enjoyable with the addition of this multi-purpose pool cabana. The shady, open porch area of the cabana has, on one side, a conversation area with comfortable furniture. The other side has plenty of counter space for prepping, cooking, serving and dining.
Screened Porch in Falcon Landing
A screened porch provides a breezy, bug-free environment to enjoy the outdoors. This screened room blends seamlessly with the home, providing an additional gable feature. The brick kneewall ties nicely into the back of the home.
