This typical 2-story home with a breezeway connecting the home to the garage was in need of a total renovation.

This homeowner had a great pool in the yard, but was interested in creating an outdoor retreat complete with an outdoor kitchen, fireplace, fire pit, pergola and to update the small existing patio cover.

The homeowner was interested in creating a whole new look for their backyard. They were getting a pool installed and wanted to create a larger outdoor living space to accommodate an outdoor kitchen, dining area, fire place and sitting area.

This homeowner had a beautiful pool on the back of their home, but wanted to add an outdoor living room with a fire feature and outdoor kitchen area.

The homeowner wanted an outdoor space that was significantly larger than the space that was built with their home. The slope of the yard required some additional designing in order to create a retaining wall to split the yard into two different levels.

This home needed an outdoor space to allow them to really enjoy their backyard and pool that would provide them some much needed shade.  A drainage issue was also addressed with  a custom French drain system covered by black star gravel to seamlessly tie the new patio cover to the pool area.
