Sunroom in Katy

Originally, we built this as a screened porch with brick knee walls and suntex solar screen.  The homeowner wanted it converted into a more comfortable air-conditioned sitting room.  We removed the screen, added insulation, windows and a mini-split ac unit to create her dream sunroom.

Contemporary Outdoor Living – Royal Oaks

This Houston area home has a new pool house. A great space to come in out of the sun and enjoy a snack or a full meal. The columns are 6X6 powder coated steel posts. The corner of the room has stained cedar pickets to create a little privacy wall.
