A large backyard in Heritage Grand/Cinco Ranch provided a blank slate for our project developer to design a functional multi-purpose space. A new patio cover creates a fantastic outdoor living room with an elaborate kitchen as the centerpiece.

The kitchen includes a large gas grill and side burner, a Green Egg, sink, refrigerator, pull-out trash drawer and plenty of additional doors and drawers for storage.

Travertine Flooring & Cedar Pergola
The flooring is travertine in a Versailles pattern. A cedar pergola provides partial shade in the open portion of the patio. Additional features include great lighting, a tongue & groove ceiling and a stone kneewall.
