A custom built screened porch was designed for this homeowner to replace an existing aluminum screened porch. They wanted a more traditional look that extended the space to give them more living area.
Before
This home had plenty of space to expand. The current small screened in area was just not big enough.
Stamped Concrete and a Great View
The new screened porch area has a flagstone stamped concrete floor with cedar column accents. The home has a great view and they can now sit out and enjoy it without worry of bugs in the Houston summertime!
Cozy and Comfortable
The new screened porch has a brick knee wall that matches the home’s original brick. The screens are a 90% UV reflecting screen and allows the homeowner to enjoy the space and relax with their cats and dog.

Adding a screened porch is adding another room to the home — more space to entertain and relax. A space to enjoy the outdoors, yet feel like you are inside.
