This newly remodeled home needed an updated outdoor living space. They desired an open feel to their patio cover and TCP was able to do that for them.

Before

Here is what TCP started with, a very closed in patio cover with a knee wall that separated the space from the rest of the backyard.

The New Structure

We removed the knee wall and added additional concrete covered with French pattern Ivory Blend Travertine to create an expansive patio for the family. It ties in seamlessly to the detached garage.

Elegant Finishes

A vaulted ceiling really opened up the space. It is finished in a pre-stained tongue and groove by Fineline Realsoffit in Irish Cream. The trusses and columns are finished out with hardie plank and painted to match the home. The TV wall with the stone was already in place.

The Outdoor Kitchen

The outdoor kitchen was constructed along the house wall enabling us to use the brick as a backsplash. The fascia of the kitchen is stone from Rock Materials that matches the fireplace. We installed Black Mist granite from Daltile and the appliances are all RCS brand from Cunningham Living.
