This home had an existing pool and covered patio area that the homeowner wanted to update and add an additional patio cover to increase their use of the back yard.

Updating the current patio cover.

A privacy wall was built with windows on either side of the new cast stone fireplace that was installed. The wall is finished with Eastern Buff Chop natural stone from Legends Architectural Stone and stucco to match the home.

The ceiling is painted hardie to match the other trim on the home to create a cohesive built to look original feel.

The far end and the windows all have retractable screens.

The New Patio Cover

Built on the other side of the pool, this patio cover is where the party begins. Designed to be the bar area to allow more room for hanging out.

A privacy wall was built at the end to create the perfect back wall of the bar. Floating shelves and bar lighting sets up the space to be the perfect hang out area. A decorative slatted wall was added as well as Bromic heaters. This space is perfect for game watching.

The bar is equipped with a sink, fridge, doors and drawers – keeping everything right in place for entertaining. The granite is Tambora from Daltile and all of the appliances are from Cunningham Living.

Another look at this great bar space. The flooring is all Roman Blend Walnut tumbled travertine pavers to match the existing pool decking.

And an update to the existing outdoor kitchen.

The homeowner replaced all of the original outdoor kitchen appliances as well as adding more storage spaces.
