The Original Client Vision

This homeowner had a wide-open lot with plenty of room for expansion. While they already had a pool and patio, they wanted to update the space to create a more functional and inviting outdoor living area. Their vision included a covered patio, outdoor kitchen, gas fireplace, and even a half bath. To maximize the backyard, they also wanted to incorporate a sport court for recreation and entertainment.

The Custom Outdoor Solution

The existing pavers and tile were removed, and additional concrete was poured to accommodate the new structure. A 600-square-foot covered patio was built to seamlessly blend with the home’s architecture. The space now features an outdoor kitchen, a cozy gas fireplace, and retractable screens for privacy and sun protection. To further expand its usability, a sport court was added just beyond the patio, creating a dedicated area for pickleball, basketball, and general play.
