We had a great experience with TCP from the planning phase to completion. Dean was great at keeping us informed about when things were happening and we saw him often on site making sure everything was good. If we ever had a question he was quick to respond or come over to look at it with us. The contractors showed up when they were scheduled to and things were completed on time and sometimes even early. We looked at a lot of outdoor living areas before choosing TCP and the quality of their work speaks for itself.
I can’t say enough about Texas Custom Patio and our experience with them! Not only did they understand and execute our vision but they improved our design ideas to bring us a perfect outdoor patio. It started with a concrete slab in a large yard. We asked for a patio to compliment a new pool that we were building. In short, we asked them to bring inside living outside and they delivered! Flexible spaces for entertaining family and friends was important and we wanted a kitchen area, dining area, and gathering space to chill and watch tv. Our project manager Mike was great. He kept us in the loop as to the timing of all phases and was on site as each phase began to make sure everyone involved was on the same page. Suggestions and options were given so that we were able to make informed decisions about choices at every step. We enjoy having coffee outside in the morning and dinners on the patio in the evening. We love our patio and it is a source of pride when visitors refer to it as a resort. Texas Custom Patio has given us the perfect space to live and entertain outdoors.
TCP exceeding our expectations from start to finish! Construction began on August 2, and we were grilling on our beautiful new patio/outdoor kitchen by Labor Day. Brandon and Mike were great to work with and the crew was courteous and tidy. I highly recommend!
I chose Texas Custom Patio to expand my covered patio. They did such a professional job and I am thrilled with my new patio. Brandon worked with me in designing my new patio. He provided great pictures and drawings to help me visualize my new outdoor space. He helped me obtain HOA approval and made that process painless for me. Dean was the project manager. He did an excellent job of communicating status. He was so great to work with and ensured everything as completed to my satisfaction. I am glad that I chose Texas Custom Patio and I am thrilled with the results
