We used TCP for a large patio/ roof expansion for a custom outdoor living project. RJ was the Senior Project Manager who was extremely professional and diligent to ensure we had excellent quality and timing on the project. I would highly recommend RJ in particular as well the TCP Team who made every effort to ensure our plans were executed. We are grateful for his support and time on our project. .

From project planning to the final touch up paint, working with TCP has been a great experience. We interviewed several companies, and none of them came as prepared as our meeting with Justin. Justin asked for several items of information prior to our first call and from there, he came up with an amazing design video of what our backyard would look like. We also discussed options that we weren’t even thinking about. Once we decided to move forward, the project was then handed over to John, project supervisor, who took care of the coordination of the entire project. John kept us well informed about every step and always responded quickly when we had any questions. I would absolutely recommend TCP, and we will use them again in the future. We love our new space, it is close to 500 sq feet of amazing outdoor living area. Our backyard is U shaped with West/Southwest exposure, and we have already been able to enjoy it more than we had in the 5 years that we have been in the house. If you are looking at a backyard project, I would definitely call TCP.

We had a great experience with TCP from the planning phase to completion. Dean was great at keeping us informed about when things were happening and we saw him often on site making sure everything was good. If we ever had a question he was quick to respond or come over to look at it with us. The contractors showed up when they were scheduled to and things were completed on time and sometimes even early. We looked at a lot of outdoor living areas before choosing TCP and the quality of their work speaks for itself..

TCP did an outstanding job designing and constructing our screened-in patio extension. The options and suggestions offered resulted in a beautiful patio that doesn’t look like an add-on to our house. We contracted with TCP to design and build an outdoor living area as well as converting and expanding an existing covered patio into an outdoor dining area and kitchen. We liked the portfolio that TCP had as it exemplified the quality and professionalism we were looking for. From the design rendering to the finished product the entire experience exceeded our expectations. With all of the moving parts involved in a project this large there will always be periodic delays. Logan set realistic expectations up front and communicated every Friday what had been done that week and the schedule for the next week or two with time frames. This was extremely helpful in keeping everyone on the same page. He and Seth were prompt when we had questions. We made a couple of changes as the project progressed and we felt any cost adjustment was fair. Katy was very helpful in picking out the various materials and colors - help we desperately needed! Logan was able to locate the exact brick used on the house making the project look like it was part of the original construction of the house. Most importantly, the space looks great and has become our favorite "room" in the house.

TCP completed a patio edition for us. RJ was our project manager and did a great job keeping us informed and the project on schedule. He was able to move the project forward quickly and make adjustments as weather or issues developed. I am very pleased with the outcome and would highly recommend working with TCP Outdoors and RJ.
