The new 275-square-foot covered patio seamlessly matches the home’s finishes with painted hardiplank and stucco. Fans and lighting were added for comfort, creating a cozy yet stylish ambiance for both day and night.
Outdoor Kitchen
The 18-foot L-shaped outdoor kitchen is the star of this space, boasting high-end appliances from Cunningham Living, including a 38” Cutlass Pro Grill, outdoor fridge, and ample storage with drawers and doors. The countertops, made of Daltile’s extreme white granite, sparkle under the lights, offering a pristine surface for meal prep and serving. A bar-height counter along the open side of the kitchen is perfect for casual dining or entertaining guests.
Privacy and Flooring
For added privacy, a stucco TV wall was constructed, seamlessly blending with the home’s exterior. The flooring is finished with a hand-carved limecrete overlay in a travertine pattern, providing a luxurious yet durable surface that complements the overall aesthetic.
Front Porch Update
In a thoughtful touch, TCP also updated the front porch to match the new patio, ensuring a cohesive look throughout the property. This transformed space is now the perfect spot for the homeowners to relax, entertain, and enjoy their poolside paradise.
